Travel planned by someone who answers the phone
Travel Darjeeling plans trips across the Eastern Himalaya - Darjeeling and the surrounding hills, the whole of Sikkim, and the forests and tea belts of the Dooars below them. The work is straightforward: understand what you want out of the trip, then build an itinerary that actually delivers it on the ground.
That means being honest about what a day can hold. Distances in the hills are short and drives are long. Permits take time. Weather decides what you will see at a viewpoint. A plan that ignores any of this looks good on paper and falls apart by day three, so we would rather set the expectation correctly at the start.
Every enquiry is handled personally, and the same person stays reachable through the journey. If a road closes or a permit is delayed, that matters far more than any promise made before you left home.
