Yes. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point rather than a fixed departure. Nights, stops, hotel categories and the pace of each day can all be changed. Tell us your dates and how many days you have, and the plan is built around that.

Yes, and it is usually the quickest way. Every WhatsApp button on this site opens a chat with the trip details already filled in, so you do not have to explain which package you were looking at.
Yes. Family trips, honeymoon and couple travel, friends groups and larger group tours are all planned differently - driving days, vehicle size and room configuration all change. Mention who is travelling when you enquire so the plan fits from the start.
Yes. Packages can be shortened or extended, and destinations can be added or dropped. A shorter trip usually means removing a driving day rather than compressing sightseeing, and we will tell you which stops are worth keeping.
North Sikkim requires a Protected Area Permit, and Tsomgo Lake, Nathula and the Old Silk Route each need their own permit. We assist with the paperwork and send you a document checklist in advance. Permits are issued by the government authority, so approval and access always rest with them.
March to May is mild with rhododendrons in bloom, and October to December generally has the clearest mountain views. The monsoon between June and September brings heavy rain and can affect hill roads. High-altitude areas in North Sikkim are also affected by snow in winter.
The nearest airport is Bagdogra (IXB) and the nearest major railhead is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), both close to Siliguri. Darjeeling is roughly three to four hours by road from there, Gangtok about four to five, and most Dooars stays about two to three. Transfers can be arranged both ways.
Yes. Hotel names, room categories, meal plans, the vehicle type and what is and is not included are all shared in writing before anything is confirmed.
Hill itineraries are planned with alternatives. If a road or a high-altitude point closes, the sequence is adjusted so the number of nights stays the same and the trip keeps working. You will have one point of contact reachable while you travel.
